As the only skate shop in Taos, we are the place to come and get all your gear before you hit the park. We carry brands such as Baker, Bullet, Element, Darkstar, Shortys, Zero and many more. Whether you're looking for a complete setup or for parts to customize your deck, look no further than Cottam's. We carry the latest decks, trucks, wheels, grip tape and hardware. We also have a large selection of skateboard shoes.
Taos Skate Park is a 16,000 sq. ft. "Flow" style skatepark designed by the talented team SITE Design Group. More information can be found at SITE's Taos Skate Park project page.
One of the biggest attractions at the Taos Youth and Family Center is the skateboard park. The outdoor skate park has bowls, grinding rails, jumps, and benches. You will also find something you will not find anywhere else... a "Free Expression Wall." This unique wall is for graffiti artists of all kinds to come and express themselves in the ways they like to most, in a legal manner.
